My goal is to help all of my clients reach their desired outcome by analyzing each scenario from a variety of angles and perspectives. This specific project is a great example of how I keep my clients’ best interests in mind. I am active part of the day to day operations in this client. Working hands on with their team to optimize daily operations, coach team leaders and excitingly, launch KUDOS® into their environment as a key feature to drive engagement and performance. This client is based in the IT industry and a great example of medium sized entreprises playing in the disruptive space. This places enormous pressure on a young executive team who are incredibly agile and aggressive on growth. They recognized that a key differentiator they have in the market is their culture and to invest intensively in achieving the culture they want.




I have a particular passion for entrepreneurs who are self starters, incredibly resourceful and resilient but often find themselves on the brink of burnout. So I created "Design your Future_Shift", a 1 day intensive process in which I work one-on-one with entrepreneurs to uncover the belief systems which drive their business acumen, assess their strengths with Builder10 from Gallup and a deep dive strategy review, identifying gaps and where to pivot in their business. What I find is that entreperneurs leave the experience blown away as it really provides them with an opportunity to invest in themselves and take a deep dive into their business. As one entrepeneur said at the end of the process: "I feel clear, inspired and I am not afraid. That was an incredible process, I loved it!".




With this project, I helped my client identify key issues their employees where facing which were impacting on productivity and team engagement. Multigenerational challenges, differing work styles, discrimination and burnout were key issues we diagnosed robustly through our Future_Shift index. This immediately focussed our efforts on identifying specific goals and interventions which could make an direct impact on the workplace environment. I then provided expert advice and strategic planning to help them succeed in the long run. It was a hit; both the client and I were extremely satisfied with the end result and will go on to collaborate on more projects together.
